Kody is speedy , smooth and strong and will help push the team to faster times! Read on to meet Kody- and just a feeling – but I am guessing 2017 to be Kody’s Year (in terms of running)!
I started “running” in 2013. After barely completing my first 5k, I was really disappointed in myself and set a goal to run a half marathon. That following year, I ran my first half marathon, and have since completed 4 more (1:47:54 PR). Being a competitive individual, I next set my sights on the marathon and 1 year later, I ran the Erie Marathon (4:12:10). I know I can bring my time down, and get that BQ eventually! 2016 was going to be *the year* until I found out I was pregnant and my goals got pushed back. This year I would love to get my mileage back up, follow the training plan, and run a sub-4 hour marathon!
