Better myself, mind, body and spirit!

mlhMy one and only race so far was the 3K Jingle Run in December with Goals Fit! I started my journey in November 2014 and started running on my own, rowing at Rowzone and also concentrating on my Yoga practice which was sporadic before then. Since that figurative “lightening bolt” struck me November 12, 2014, I’ve lost over 50lbs, quit smoking and overall bettered my lifestyle. I decided to sign up for You Should Be Running to try something new, and continue to better myself, mind body and spirit! I’m looking forward to working with Kasey and the team and have heard nothing but great things from people who have done this training before!
